- Supporting our partners and lawyers and managing their offices
- Various administrative and organisational duties
- Seamless organisation of day-to-day office life and coordination of appointments
- Reliable and swift processing of challenging correspondence in German and English
- Organisation of travel and events
- Invoicing
Your profile:
- Holder of a business or equivalent qualification and
- Several years of professional experience in the secretarial field, preferably in a law firm
- Command of MS Office software
- Proficiency and stylistic confidence in German and very good English (other languages are an advantage)
- Proactive, thoughtful, flexible personality with quick perceptive skills
- Service-oriented, independent way of working with high quality standards
- During hectic times, you never lose sight of the bigger picture, you set the right priorities and you skilfully meet the lawyers’ needs.
