Position:

  • Supporting our partners and lawyers and managing their offices
  • Various administrative and organisational duties
  • Seamless organisation of day-to-day office life and coordination of appointments
  • Reliable and swift processing of challenging correspondence in German and English
  • Organisation of travel and events
  • Invoicing

Your profile:

  • Holder of a business or equivalent qualification and
  • Several years of professional experience in the secretarial field, preferably in a law firm
  • Command of MS Office software
  • Proficiency and stylistic confidence in German and very good English (other languages are an advantage)
  • Proactive, thoughtful, flexible personality with quick perceptive skills
  • Service-oriented, independent way of working with high quality standards
  • During hectic times, you never lose sight of the bigger picture, you set the right priorities and you skilfully meet the lawyers’ needs.
